Stress management is managing the heavy energy that you carry with you every day. Managing energy that makes you feel heavy and think that the entire world’s responsibility is on your shoulders. It is all about how to deal with daily stress and difficulties of life resulting in building resilience to face any life challenge.

Today Stress is everywhere in everyone’s life. People are getting different types of health diseases like high blood pressure, insomnia, anxiety, depression, heart disease, stress-induced pain, digestive issues, migraines, etc. Failures in relationships and career. The best benefit of exercise in reducing stress you may get is if you try to do it in the open area with few companions. - Drinking Water and Changing Diet: Focusing on a healthy diet can give you a healthy body to live in. Limiting Caffeine and Alcohol Intake. Drinking water will make you feel calm and lower your stress levels. Eating healthy on time and drinking enough water make your gut healthy and help your brain fight back stress.
- Walking: Taking 10,000 steps daily or less but walking whenever you feel stressed can show you significant results. Whenever your mind chatters start walking and notice the surroundings with headphones. May use headphones to change your mood and forget stress.

Increase your faith in God and all positive things in life to forget worries. Surrender to what higher power you believe in and replace all your negative thoughts with positive ones.
